This strength training class is an entry level class that will enhance the way your body feels. You will be working to improve your strength, balance, coordination, stamina, and more. The goal of this class is to help participants create more muscle tone and increase balance and coordination in daily activities. Modifications to exercises will take place throughout the six week session to ensure participants obtain full benefits. This is a full body workout and will target every major muscle group in the body. All ability and experience levels are welcome. Classes will be held from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the West Hills Tennis and Fitness Center gym.
Mondays and Wednesdays
Single session cost: $10
Spring session (April 15 through May 20) is Wednesdays only and cost is $15
