Building Inspection
The City of Owatonna Building Inspection Division began enforcement of the 2007 MN State Building Code including Adoption of the 2006 IRC and IBC on December 1st 2007.
Owatonna Building Inspection Division has begun replacing guidelines for construction and installation of residential decks, roofs, garages, egress windows. Please see the new heading “Construction Guidelines” to review or print this information. (Posted April, 2009)
