City Council will hold information meeting at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers of the City Administration Building, 540 West Hills Circle regarding the results of the Inflow/Infiltration (I&I) Study completed by Foth Infrastructure and Environment LLC last fall and the proposed construction project on Larch Avenue.
