A Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. for the 2012 Sanitary Sewer / Water Improvement Projects.

CITY OF OWATONNA, MINNESOTA
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Owatonna, Minnesota, will meet on Tuesday, March 6, 2012 to consider the construction of two improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429:
To construct the Extension of Sanitary Sewer and appurtenant improvements on the following described streets:
- Industrial Park from 18th Street SW to Lemond Road SW
- West U.S. Highway 14 from 24th Avenue NW to 1500 feet west
- Larch Avenue NE from East Rose Street to Cherry Street NE to Dartts Park
The estimated cost of such improvement is $1,000,500____.
To construct the Extension and Replacement of Water Main and appurtenant improvements on the following described streets:
- Industrial Park from 18th Street SW to Lemond Road SW
- West U.S. Highway 14 from 24th Avenue NW to 1500 feet west
- McIndoe Street SE from Lincoln Avenue SE to Truman Avenue SE
The estimated cost of such improvement is $276,000__.
The areas proposed to be assessed for such improvements are the properties abutting on such streets. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessments will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
