Small Cities Development Program
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Owatonna, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 20th of March 2012 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the City Administration Building located at 540 West Hills Circle, Owatonna, MN. The City is anticipating submission of a Small Cities Development Program Grant request on April 12, 2012 for the rehabilitation of renter occupied housing and single family owner occupied rehabilitation activities within a specified target area of the City. The amount of grant funds and other funding will be discussed at the hearing.
Program guidelines for the Small Cities Development Program, funding availability and fiscal impacts will be discussed at the hearing. Individuals wishing to comment on the application are invited to present their comments at the hearing. Anyone wishing more information prior to the meeting should contact the City Community Development Department prior to the meeting.
