A Special Election will be held to fill a vacancy for County Commisisoner - District #5. 

General Election Date:  Tuesday, April 3, 2012.

Absentee Ballots for this Election are available at the County Auditor's Office.  The Auditor's Office will be open on Saturday, March 31st from 10:00 - 3:00.

District #5 includes three precincts within the City of Owatonna: 

                     Ward 1, 1st Precinct – voting at Trinity Lutheran Church, 609 Lincoln.

                     Ward 4, 1st Precinct – voting at Sacred Heart Parish Center, 739 S Oak.

                     Ward 4, 2nd Precinct – voting at Community Building at the Steele County.
