Fire Suppression System Permit Form

The Fire Suppression System Permit Application form is used to obtain a permit for the installation of fire suppression systems within the City of Owatonna. The following items must be received at the Owatonna Fire Department before any plan reviews will occur: complete Fire Suppression Permit Application, permit fees, and two sets of fire suppression system plans.
