TheSprinkler Permit Application form is used to obtain a permit for the installation of sprinkler systems within the City of Owatonna. The following items must be received at the Owatonna Fire Department before any plan reviews will occur: complete Sprinkler Permit Application, permit fees, and two sets of sprinkler system plans.
