Brooktree is availble to rent for a group, party, meeting or any other occasion. The Clubhouse Staff will work to accomodate your particular needs, including providing beverages and food service. The picturesque setting is ideal for any gathering!

Power cart rental requires driver to sign a rental agreement and possess a valid driver’s license.
Personally Owned Carts
Personally owned power carts may be used on the course for the fee of $380.00 per season or $280.00 per season for a senior citizen (age 55 and older as of 1-1-2011). The fee must be paid in full prior to initial use of the cart on the course. Such carts may be operated by immediate family members only (i.e. husband, wife, son, and/or daughter). Non-family members that use the cart on the course will be required to pay the daily trailer fee of $10 for 9 holes or $15 for 18 holes. Personal cart drivers are responsible for following all cart rules at Brooktree
