For the health and safety of the public and the employees of the City of Owatonna, effective immediately and until further notice the City of Owatonna Inspection Office is closed. Inspection Department staff from the City will be working normal hours and available via phone and email.
The following is information on how to obtain services during the public closure of the Inspection Department.
During business hours we will either be answering telephones or returning calls on a daily basis. We can process most applications electronically if you have a scanning and sending capability. We can also accomplish this by mailing methods. All common applications are available on the website.
