Tax Forms

Owatonna Public Library (OPL) receives paper copies of some basic federal (IRS) tax forms and instructions.

As of January 13:

  • We have received some of the multi-part Federal forms (1099s, W-2s, etc.). Come to OPL during No-Contact Pickup Hours to request copies. No-Contact Pickup Hours are 12:00-4:00 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, or 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
  • We have NOT yet received any of the basic 1040 forms or instructions. It is usually closer to the end of January before we receive those federal forms, and we will update this page as soon as they arrive.

The Minnesota Department of Revenue does not send us paper copies of any state forms.

If you are searching from home, use the Federal and State links below to locate what you need. If you need to use a computer at the Library to print forms, call 507-774-7006 to make an appointment.

Library staff cannot help you choose or fill out forms and cannot offer tax advice.
